Healing Every Root Wellness Center (formerly Comprehensive Community Consulting) is a woman-owned, mission-driven social service organization proudly serving communities since July 2016. We specialize in psychotherapy, business consulting, clinical supervision (for interns, licensed social workers, and graduate-level counselors), and a range of professional training programs including EAP, and CEUs workshops.
Our approach is rooted in strategic, detail-oriented planning, ensuring that every client receives personalized, goal-focused support.

April Latson is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) based in Maryland. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Social Work in Clinical Social Work from New York University.

April Latson is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) based in Maryland. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Social Work in Clinical Social Work from New York University.
As a board approved social work supervisor, April brings extensive experience in psychotherapy (individual, couples, family, and group), trauma-focused treatment, EMDR, addiction recovery (IOP), and healthcare program development.
In addition to leading her private practice, April serves as an adjunct professor, teaching clinical social work to graduate students at various universities. She is also an active community advocate—volunteering to support families navigating the public education system, and contributing her skills to nonprofits by helping design programs, implement strategies, and secure funding.

Eilanete brings a strong clinical background shaped by years of experience in both residential and outpatient settings. She works primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, offering a client-centered and culturally responsive approach to care.
Drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Mindfulness and Somatic Therapy, Eilanete tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. Her practice is grounded in a deep commitment to mental health equity and breaking the stigma around therapy—particularly within Black communities.
Eilanete is dedicated to creating a safe, empowering space where adults can heal, grow, and reconnect with their most authentic selves.

Sharone’s clinical interests include trauma, depression, anxiety, and sex therapy. She has experience working in outpatient settings, with a primary focus on adult therapy. Sharone is committed to providing compassionate, respectful care to all people and believes in the inherent dignity of both humans and animals. In addition to her clinical work, she is dedicated to giving back to the community and is especially interested in volunteering her time for free counseling services.
